Bobbi Brown x Claudia Kim @ Mid Valley

By 16:24 , , ,

So I met Claudia Kim.. and she is gorgeous! All round super nice too. Claudia Kim is the current ambassador for Bobbi Brown Asia and is better known as her role Dr. Helen Cho in The Avengers: Age Of Ultron. Her photos started gracing the Bobbi Brown Malaysia stores a few month back and I thought she, 'Hey she's pretty!'. And you know what, when I saw her in real life she is so pretty with that complexion that we all wish we had. Luminous, glowing, flawless!

Bobbi Brown Korea Make Up Artist Chee Ho travelled with Claudia to share tips and tricks on Bobbi's K-Beauty Makeup Style. Claudia's look is all about the 'baby doll face' look. It's about achieving that luminous dewy glow. There's nothing more important than making sure you skin is properly moisturised to get that glow. Brows are straight as it generally makes you look younger and is a huge trend in Korea.

According to Chee Ho, to enhance the luminosity of the skin, there shouldn't be a stand out feature. So cheeks and lips are the same colour. Coral is great to give you that youthful flush. The eye are kept simple. With a wash of neutral shade, gel liner and two coats of mascara in classic Bobbi style.
You guys must be wondering what are her favourite Bobbi Brown products are right. I know I was. Claudia's must haves are the Pot Rouge for its versatility, the Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner because it's an iconic Bobbi Brown that you cannot live without, and the latest Intensive Skin Serum Foundation which is perfect for that luminous glowy base.
After that session, Claudia spent the next 40 minutes or so shopping and stoking up on essentials at the Bobbi Brown Mid Valley store. Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner was on the list as well as various palettes. I of course stayed around to check out what she got and to get some nice shots of her. It was such an awesome afternoon.
Thank you so much Bobbi Brown Malaysia for having me!

  1. Wow, I'm so jelly! And how tall is she?!

I've never heard of her until she landed that role (sorry Soo-hyun!). But I think most Korean actresses have fantastic skin - I have seen them up close (HD close I mean, haha!) and they have nary a pore with the most even skin tone ever!
