Bobbi Brown Nourishing Lip Colour in Cosmic Peony
Bobbi Brown completely killed it with the Luxe Lips range late last year. This summer there's the Bobbi Brown Nourishing Lip Colour Oil-Infused Shine and I love how it wears. It combines deeply emollient natural oils with an incredible lush, comfortable texture and luminous shine.
This lip colour is formulated with a blend of five natural plant oils and butters including an Olive Oil Complex, Avocado, Babassu, Jojoba and Cocoa Seed Butter, as well as vitamin C and E, providing deep moisturisation by creating a hydrating barrier that helps locks in moisture. Infused with oils that mimic those naturally found in the skin, the potent formula conditions instantly and over time reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles for smooth, supple lips.
The formula is beautiful, it's light and glides on effortlessly. It wears really comfortable on the lips and feels moisturised without drying out. Despite the brilliant high shine finish, I find the colour to be pretty intense, more so with the darker and brighter shades. This is great for the Summer ahead especially if you are looking for a lightweight, easy to apply lip colour. The colour I have on is Cosmic Peony which is bright blue pink, but my personal picks would be Claret, Berry, Black Plum and Uber Rose, super love these shades.
